1.荠菜择去枯叶和没用的部分,洗净沥水。

2.切成碎末放入盆中。

3.加肉末、鸡蛋、五香粉和麻油稍稍拌一下锁住水份。

4.加盐和生抽顺着一个方向使劲搅拌均匀。

6.锅里水烧开,放入饺子大火煮开即关火,期间轻轻抄下锅底防止粘锅。

7.沥起放冷水里过一下。

8.沥水。

9.干锅里倒入菜油烧热,放入饺子,中火煎制。
